We’ve over 1000 options across Suiting & Shirting. Most of these fabrics are branded Like Mafatlal, S. Kumar’s, Orient Express, Centura & Raymond.
2. What different kinds of accessories you have?
We generally deal with Apparel & carry limited collection of accessories like Polos, Belts, Wallets, Pocket squares, Ties, Cravats, Handkerchiefs, Socks, Cuff links & Lapel Pins.
3. What is the catalog of the company?
Our website www.techtailor-uniforms.com is principal catalogue of the company. Living in this digital age we respect & support Mother Earth & therefore don’t carry hardcopies.
4. Are there any delivery charges?
All samples are charged. Orders below ₹ 2000 are charged ₹350 as delivery charge. Orders above ₹ 2000 are eligible for free delivery.
5. What are the different fabrics you use?
The customer can choose from a wide range of fabrics offered consisting of almost every option available.
6. What different kind of accessories you have?
Upon request we can manufacture custom ties if required. No other accessories are offered.
7. What is the refund/return policy of the companies?
Orders are eligible for a refund only when the refund is requested before the order has been confirmed by Tech-Tailor through a notification in any form. Post confirmation by tech-tailor, the order is not eligible for a refund. At no point is the order eligible for a return.
8. What is the average delivery time from the date of order?
21 days. (3 weeks)
9. Is there any minimum order quantity?
No, there is no minimum order requirement.
10. Do you provide branded apparels also?
Yes.
11. Can you provide designer clothes?
Yes, we have our in-house designers who are available to cater to your designer needs.
12. What is the Cancellation Policy?
The order is eligible for a cancellation before it has been confirmed by Tech-Tailor in written or through a confirmation message via Web/App. Order cannot be cancelled post confirmation. An order is not confirmed until Tech-Tailor receives the 50% advance amount.
13. Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
No, you cannot change the shipping address after order has been placed
14. How do I cancel my Order?
Please send a mail to support@tech-tailor.com for Order Cancellation specifying order number & your bank account details to which refund can be processed. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made by.
15. I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
Payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or e-wallets; you will receive refund into the source account within 2-3 weeks from the time of order cancellation.
16. What are the payment policies?
i. At the time of placing the order, the customer is required to pay a minimum 50% of the invoice amount as an advance. ii. At the time of delivery, the customer is required to the pending amount.

18. I am being charged GST amount on my order. What is GST?
The goods and services tax (GST) is a value-added tax levied on most goods and services sold for domestic consumption. Your order is eligible for a 5%-12% GST depending upon the invoice amount.
19. How will I know when my order is confirmed?
Tech-Tailor will send you a notification in the form of an E-mail, notification on App or through a formal written letter.
20. I received an incorrect quantity of garments. What can I do?

21. My product(s) were damaged. What can I do?
