For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, where ever the context “You” or “User” shall refer to the individual or entity operating on the website. “We”, “Us”, “Our” and “Tech-Tailor” shall refer to Tech-Tailor Solutions Pvt Ltd and its affiliates.
This privacy policy mentions the information that our platform collects at different point in time and defines our rights and duties with respect to your information. We do not rent, sell or share your personal information to unaffiliated third parties. Occasionally, we work with trusted partners who work on our behalf to improve our services to you. Your personal information is shared with these trusted third parties in good faith. We collect and store your Correspondence Information to comply with our obligations under law and monitor your use of our platform in order to ensure your compliance with our Terms of Service.

c. Regulation 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.
1. By merely browsing on the platform provided by Tech-Tailor Solutions, the user agrees to these Privacy Policy. If the user wishes to deny these privacy policies they may stop browsing and exit the platform.
2. If a user has not created or logged into tech-tailor with their tech-tailor account, the platform may record and store the activity pattern of the user in an attempt to uniquely identify the user.
3. Once you create and sign into your account, uniform.techtailor.com will automatically receive information from your browser, such as your IP address, and cookies.
4. When the user creates an account with uniform.techtailor.com, information such as –
- Name
- Age
- Date of birth
- Address
- Phone number
- Password (to the tech-tailor account only)
- Email ID
- Sex
- Device IP address
- Browser Details
5. While browsing on the platform, the user is not required to provide the information listed in paragraph 2(i-x). However, if a user wishes to conduct business and place an order on the platform the user must provide the required information.
6. Users can access, add, delete, modify, alter and/or update the information provided to the platform at the time of creating an account. However, the previous data will not be completely eliminated from the database of tech-tailor solutions.
7. For purchase of Products on the platform provided by us, you may be required to pay the Tech-tailor with a credit or debit card, wire-transfer or through third party paymentgateway provider and such third party payment gateway provider may be required to collect certain financial information from you including, but not limited to, your credit/debit card number or your bank account details (collectively referred to as “Financial Information”). All Financial Information collected from the users by the Tech-Tailor’s third-party payment gateway providers will be used only for billing and payment processes. The verification of the Financial Information shall be accomplished only by the User through a process of authentication in which the Tech-Tailor shall have no intervention or any role.
8. When a User visits or uses the platform we may collect, monitor and/or remotely store data in relation to the user’s location, which may also include global positioning system coordinates or similar information regarding the location of the device using which the User has visited or used the Platforms. The location data does not collect or share any personally identifiable information about the User.
9. We may share the customer care records i.e. any discussion between the users and our customer care executives with third parties when required by law or when required to provide or facilitate the user with the services.
10. The platform does not intentionally record information provided by minors. Any information provided by the user is processed by an automatic server. In an event, where in contravention of the Terms of Use takes place and a minor below the age of 18 uses the platform, we shall not be held liable or responsible for any damage or injury suffered by such person in logging into the platform and making use of the services.
11. When you use our platform, we also process technical data such as your IP-address, Device ID, Device Contacts, Device Accounts including third-party accounts or MAC- address, and information about the manufacturer, model, and operating system of your mobile device. This data is required to enable us to deliver the functionalities of the platform, resolve technical difficulties, and provide you with the a safe, dynamic and most up to date version of the platform.
12. Tech-Tailor and its affiliates will share/sell some or all of your personal information with another business entity at the event of merging (or even sharing assets) with another entity, or be acquired by that business entity, or re-organization, amalgamation, restructuring of business. We have developed this Privacy Policy to protect Your personal/financial information and keep it confidential.
13. Tech-Tailor and its affiliates will share any required information pertaining to a user if issued with a subpoena without prior intimation to the user regarding the same.
14. We may disclose personal information to law enforcement offices, third party rights owners, or others in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce the Terms and Conditions of our platform.
